Return and Refund
365 Days Returns
If you’re not totally satisfied with your 1 People product purchase, you can return the product withing 365 days from the date of purchase, if the conditions below are met.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must:
- Have purchased the product you wish to return through our Site
- Make an exchange or refund request for the product within 360 days of the date of purchase;
- Provide proof of purchase, as required by 1 People;
- The returned product must be unworn with the original tags attached (including the security tag, if applicable); and
- The returned product must be returned with original packaging.
If the above is satisfied, you may be eligible to receive either an exchange of the product (similar model) or refund of the amount paid for the product. However, any exchange or refund will be subject to 1 People’s approval.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Depending on your financial institution, please allow an additional 2 to 10 business days for the credit to be posted on your bank account or credit card account.
If the product was purchased by using a foreign currency (except EURO), the refunded amount will be in the same foreign currency used to purchase the product. Further, the currency exchange rate that will be used to refund the original amount, will be the currency exchange rate on the day 1 People authorizes the refund to your bank account or credit card.
You may also elect the option to exchange the product instead of returning it for a refund. Select a product to exchange and contact us to initiate your exchange. You will be provided with the instructions and terms that apply. Please note, if you attempt to exchange multiple products on the same order, it may take 1-5 business days before you can submit another request to exchange another product from the same order.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
You may be eligible for free shipping, if you are located in Europe, USA, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia and New Zealand. For the rest of the world, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs in connection with the return of your product Such shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

After filling the form or contacting us for a refund or exchange, we will send an email with a return label. Subject to your shipping location the shipping label may be free. If the shipping is free, we will notify you.
The product(s) must be packed in their original packaging and wrapped to protect it. Print the return label and attach it on the top of the return package.
We may request you to drop the package at the nearest shipping centre as mentioned on the label.
