RETURN POLICY

FREE SHIPPING and FREE RETURNS

FREE 365 DAY RETURNS

Return shipping from anywhere in Europe, USA, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia and New Zealand, is always FREE. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from 1 People, you can return your qualifying item(s) for a full refund within 365 days of purchase with no catches or exceptions!

Returns must be unworn with the original tags attached (including the security tag, if applicable) and with the original packaging; returned merchandise that does not satisfy these requirements may not qualify for a refund.

If you have received defective, damaged or incorrect merchandise, please contact us directly.

In the interests of hygiene, we do not offer refunds on underwear and Face masks. In the interests of hygiene, we do not offer refunds on swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed or the product’s quality is unsatisfactory.


PROCESS

After filling the form or contacting us for the return, we will send an email with a free return label. The item(s) needs to be packed in the box as you received it and wrapped to protect it. Print the return label and attach it on the top of the return package.

Request you to drop the package at the nearest shipping centre as mentioned on the label.

For customers located in Indonesia, we will arrange the pick up of goods for return, as per the mentioned address by customers across Indonesia.


Refund

Once we receive your qualifying return and approve your refund, 1 People will credit your original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, please allow an additional 2 to 10 business days for the credit to post to your bank or credit card account. In regards to payment using foreign currency (except EURO), the refund will be credited using the conversion rate applicable on the day of the refund.


EXCHANGES

You also have the option to exchange items instead of returning it for a refund. Select an item to exchange and contact us to initiate your exchange. You will be provided with the instructions and terms that apply. Please note that if you process an exchange as stated, there may be up to 1 hour waiting period before you can request to exchange another item from the same order and our Customer Loyalty Team will be subject to the same waiting period.

Please wait for our confirmation email after checking process of your given details.

Step 2
Prepare the Package


Once you receive our confirmation email concerning the necessary information:

1. Download and print the airway bill we sent to you in the email
2. Pack the product and attach the airway bill on the front side of the package.
3. When preparing the package, please make sure that the product you want to return is in re-salable condition and intact with all the old original tags

Step 3
Courrier Pick Up


Once package is well prepared :

1. Wait for our courrier to pick up the package at the selected date and time.
2. Don't forget to collect your receipt from the courrier and keep this information to track your package

Step 4
Package Sent


Once your package arrives at our warehouse:

1. Please allow us three business days to check the products and process you return request.
2. We will sent an email to confirm either your return request is meet with the policy or not.
3. If your return request doesn't meet the policy, the package will be sent back to you

Refund/Exchange


Refund: Wait for your money to be transferred (within 14 business days).




Exchange: Once your package is processed, please allow 3 to 7 business days for your exchange to be delivered.
